Building on the success of the original BrailleNote line of products, BrailleNote mPower offers many new features and a great new look. The BrailleNote mPower QT is an accessible personal digital assistant (PDA) with a computer style QWERTY keyboard that lets you lets you create and review documents, set appointments, handle e-mail, surf the Internet, perform calculations, maintain your contact information and much more. The BrailleNote mPower QT provides a choice of output options by combining a crisp high definition Braille display with clear, responsive speech. The BrailleNote mPower QT is available with either a 32 or 18 cell Braille display.

The BrailleNote mPower QT has the following easy to use and friendly features:
- Word Processing: Create, edit and store
documents, translate between any grade of
Braille and text including Microsoft Word,
then print or emboss any document or attach
it to e-mail.
- Web Brower: Surf the net - do online
shopping, banking and research via a dial-up
(including Bluetooth mobile), wireless or
Ethernet network.
- E-Mail: BrailleNote users can now specify
any port for both POP and SMTP traffic if they
are with Internet providers using nonstandard
POP and SMTP server ports for
security reasons.
- Daily Planner: Schedule single or reccuring
appointments, set reminder alarms and
synchronise with MS Outlook's Calendar
- Address List:Store and organize your
contact information, look up an address
quickly and simply, paste it into a document
or email, synchronize with MS Outlook's
Contacts.
- Bluetooth & WiFi:
- Use your device as a wireless remote
synthesizer and still hear what your PC is
saying from up to 10 meters (30 feet) away
- Use your device as a wireless Braille display
- Drive a wireless visual display. Use a range
of devices for the visual display function
including Palm Pilots and Windows
HyperTerminal.
- Use your device to connect to wireless networks and hotspots
- Enhanced Media Player: Listen to a wide
range of media files including MP3, Windows
Media and WAV. Put them all together in a
playlist for continuous listening. Listen to
audio books, internet radio or music while
emailing, surfing the web or reading. Play
and pause audio even when not in the
Media Player.
- Streaming Audio: Supports streaming
audio using MP3 or Windows Media formats.
- Voice Memos: Use the built-in microphone
or an external microphone to make voice
recordings. Play back the last memo recorded

powerful database manager with step by step
wizard-style interface, making it a snap to
create your own databases.
- Book Reader: Read e-books in standard
Braille or text formats, in any grade of
Braille.
- Stopwatch: Keep track of time passing

Work with fractions in the updated KeyPlus
Scientific Calculator. As well as performing
standard mathematical operations, you can
convert fractions to & from decimals and

them as presets & read the frequency on the
