knfb Reader Classic Software Upgrades
Customers can can get free software upgrades for a year from the purchase date by visiting the following website: http://www.knfbreader.com/ or customers who ordered their KNFB Reader through ULVA, can get free upgrades for a year from the purchase date by mailing in their installation SD card (or any SD card greater than 32 MB) to the ULVA service center. Please make sure to include the serial number of your Reader and please put a note inside the package with the desired shipping address. The SD card will be returned to you with the newest software release. Note that the installation SD card is different from the 1GB storage SD card that also comes with the Reader. (The installation SD card was located in the front zipper pocket of the carrying case.) If you have any questions, please contact us.
