ZoomText Multi-User LicensingZoomText Multi-User licenses are specifically designed to meet the needs of institutions such as libraries, schools, training centers, government agencies, and private corporations. There are three types of Zoomtext Multi-User licenses available:
ZoomText Network LicenseA ZoomText Network License is designed for organizations that have 5 or more ZoomText users who work within a single network. With the network license, ZoomText can be installed to all computers on the network, allowing users to sit at any available workstation. The number of concurrent users is limited to the number of licensed users. Note: If the ZoomText users within your organization work on separate networks or standalone workstations, you should consider purchasing multiple Network Licenses or a District License. ZoomText Network License Single-UserThe ZoomText Network License (Single User) is designed for organizations that have a single individual requiring use of ZoomText on multiple systems within a network. With the single-user network license, ZoomText can be installed to all computers on the network. The user can then sit at any workstation, or move from workstation to workstation as needed. Like the ZoomText multi-user network license, the single-user network license features fast deployment, roaming profiles, and temporary off-network usage. The ZoomText Network License Package (Single User)Each single-user network license consists of one user license and a software package containing a ZoomText CD-ROM, User's Guide, and Quick Reference Guide. ZoomText District LicenseThe ZoomText District License is designed for organizations that have 5 or more users that work beyond the boundaries of a single network. With a district license, ZoomText can be installed on any computer owned and operated by the licensing organization. Each installation must be activated, so the total number of installations is limited to the number of licensed users. The district license is recommended for organizations having users randomly spread across multiple networks, working on standalone workstations (not attached to a network), or mobile users, such as teachers and trainers that are on the road. Note: If the ZoomText users within the organization all work on the network, you may consider purchasing a Network License. Benefits of the District License
