Dragon NaturallySpeaking upgrades are "smart upgrades" and require that a previous version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking be installed on your computer. If there is no upgrade package for your version and edition of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, you must buy the full product. If you currently have Dragon NaturallySpeaking 7 or 8, your user profiles and customized words will be upgraded. A headset microphones is not included in the upgrade package.
