Can I get a demonstration of your products?
Yes. We have three demo rooms in our new location. Demonstrations are by appointment only, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Please call 614-224-6465 to make an appointment with one of our trained staff. We are always happy to show our products.
Is there parking at ULVA?
Our new location offers free parking near or adjacent to the building.
Where can I eat lunch after my demo?
The Grandview area offers a variety of both casual and fine dining options: Chipotle, Dewey's pizza, Noodles & Co., Spagio and more.
Is ULVA handicap accessible?
Our parking lot also has several handicapped parking spaces, and a ramp. Our office is located on the first floor, and all restrooms are compliant with the American Disability Act.
Are the products affordable?
We have products ranging from $50 on up.
Is ULVA a member of Better Business Bureau?
Yes, we are with an A+ rating.
How can I check my order status?

When will I receive my order?
If you have made a free account with us, when you place an order you will be able to track your order directly from your ULVA account page.
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been submitted?
You are able to change or cancel your order after you place it but only if the order has not yet been packed and prepped for shipping or shipped. If you would like to make a change, please complete an Online Support Form or call us, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm EST at 1-614-224-6465.
