ULVA is proud to offer accessible desktop and laptop computer solutions
equipped with the highest quality, name brand components. We specialize
in creating accessible Plug & Play computer systems adapted for
individuals with special needs. In addition, a wide selection of PC
peripheral components such as monitors, printers and scanners are available
for a seamless integration with your accessible computer system. The
computer systems are guaranteed to be 100% compatible with our assistive
technology. Optional on-site installation and training is available
upon request.

Assistive Technology Presentations
ULVA's reputation in the community is well established. A number of
collaborative efforts are currently underway to insure maximum outreach
to those who may benefit from assistive technology. ULVA is proud to
attend and participate in regional assistive technology conferences.
Our goal is to promote the use of assistive technology to enhance the
independence of individuals with disabilities. In addition, private
group events can be arranged for demonstration and orientation of the
products we carry.
In-Home Demonstrations & Deliveries
It is possible to schedule an in-home product demonstration with ULVA's
sales staff. These visits will be arranged when two or more appointments
are requested in the same area. Home delivery and installation are available
for our high-end products as well as for products that require additional
assembly or configuration.
In-Office Demonstrations
Comprehensive in-office product demonstrations are available by appointment.
ULVA carries a large selection of assistive technology products from
a variety of major manufacturers. ULVA's showrooms are located in Columbus,
Ohio's downtown area.
Product Support
Support is just a phone call away. All products sold by Universal Low
Vision Aids (ULVA) have factory authorized technical support available.
ULVA technical support eliminates long hold times and will be available
Monday through Friday to answer your questions or assist you in troubleshooting
your assistive technology.
In addition, ULVA has compiled and published a comprehensive list of

Product Training
ULVA provides training for many of our assistive technology products.
ULVA product training is offered in both individual and group sessions.
For many situations, ULVA can travel to your location for onsite training.
